1. Voluntary right of return

You may return an unused product ordered in the online shop of mobilfix streit within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The goods must be in undamaged, complete and resaleable condition, if possible in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of the return, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of mobilfix streit.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EEA and UK

Customers resident in the European Economic Area or in the United Kingdom additionally have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the consumer protection provisions applicable there, where applicable. The right of withdrawal does not lapse as a result of the voluntary right of return under section 1.

3. How the return works

Before returning a product, please contact us by email at info@mobilfix.ch stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a confirmation and the return address. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method originally used.

4. Exceptions

Excluded from the right of return are products that were individually configured, set up or personalised at the customer's request, as well as sealed products whose seal was removed after delivery, insofar as they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

5. Defects

For defective goods, the statutory warranty under section 2a.5 of the Terms applies irrespective of this return period.
